Creativity AND Design Thinking
I have redesigned organizational strategies by with creativity, successes include shipping a future of dynamic cities prototype for the 2024 Mobile World Conference, collecting 7,000 non-perishable food items, increasing participation and spirit in schools with niche activities, and generating $2500 for a local charity.
Product and Program Management
I coordinated the implementation of a new tiered pricing structure for a Fortune 50 company by creating process flows and identifying defects in the revised customer experience. I also built an internal product for another Fortune 50 company to minimize confusion for HR Business Partners during onboarding.

UX Design (2020)
At a time where we face the threat of extinction for multiple species, how can we mobilize the power of the crowd to help alter the course of this ecological tragedy?
